Refund Policy


At AIR AI, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent billing process.
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which AIR AI will issue a refund.

1. UNCONDITIONAL REFUND: We offer an unconditional refund for up to your first $100 of spend within 30 days if you are not satisfied with our product. Any voluntary usage past this point will be subject to billing error refunds only

2. BILLING ERROR REFUNDS: Any voluntary, self serve usage past the $100 unconditional threshold will be subject to billing error refunds only. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please report it to us within 30 days of the transaction by sending an email to support@air.ai. Any claims made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

3. INVESTIGATION OF CLAIMS: Upon receiving your claim, our team will conduct an investigation by pulling call logs from the call(s) in question and manually checking to see how many minutes of talk time occurred compared to how much was billed for.

4. APPEAL PROCESS: If you disagree with the decision made after our investigation, you may appeal by submitting further evidence to support your claim to support@air.ai

5. DEFINITION OF BILLING ERRORS: Billing errors include  the following scenarios:
  5.a Talk time was incurred while our AI was talking to a voicemail, answering machine, or during any non-human conversation. We will refund for this unconditionally.
  5.b If there is a silent call, we will refund for this unconditionally.

6. REFUND METHOD: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be processed.

7. ENTERPRISE CONTRACTS AND LICENSED AGENCY PARTNERS: This refund policy applies to all our customers, including those with enterprise contracts and licensed agency partners, unless specified otherwise in their specific contract.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES: As AIR AI operates on a pay-as-you-go usage basis, there are no cancellations or subscription changes. To stop using our services, simply cease usage of the platform.8. TRANSACTION COSTS: There are no transaction costs associated with issuing a refund.

9. POLICY UPDATES: Any changes to this Refund Policy will be communicated via a notification in your account dashboard.Please note that this Refund Policy is subject to change and we encourage customers to periodically review it. 10. The terms and conditions of this agreement, specifically including Air AI's terms of use (access here: https://chat.air.ai/terms-of- ), and failure to use remedy such breach within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of written notice requiring the breach to be remedied; Usage of discounted spend for their personal company use; Execution of any illegal operations, including but not limited to scams or fraudulent activities, through the use of the Air Agency License. Upon termination of this Agreement for any of the reasons stated above, no refund of any fees paid to Air AI will be issued and all privileges granted under this Agreement will be immediately revoked.
